10 Mar JBT Marel Schröder IMAX eco C Injection Solutions
The JBT Marel Schröder IMAX eco C injector range covers brine injection requirements across a wide range of poultry, meat and fish processing applications. The series includes four models – IMAX 350 eco C, IMAX 420 eco C, IMAX 620 eco C and IMAX 920 eco C – allowing processors to match injector capacity to product type and production volume.
Across the range, the injectors share core design principles including controlled brine distribution, robust mechanical drive systems and hygienic machine construction suited to food processing environments.
IMAX 350 eco C & IMAX 420 eco C
All-round injectors for flexible production environments

The IMAX 350 eco C and IMAX 420 eco C are belt-driven injectors suited to a wide range of products including poultry, red meat and fish. These machines are typically used in small to medium-sized processing environments where flexibility and straightforward operation are required.
Both models have robust drive systems and hygienic machine design. Multiple needle configurations allow processors to handle both bone-in and boneless products, while maintaining controlled injection performance.

Key technical features
- Central controller for pressure, speed and injection mode
- Needle suspension block allowing stable injection on bone-in and boneless products
- Hygienic construction with good accessibility for cleaning and inspection
- Mechanical drive system with synchronised product transport and injection head

IMAX 620 eco C & IMAX 920 eco C
High-capacity injectors for poultry marination

The IMAX 620 eco C and IMAX 920 eco C are larger injectors typically used in higher throughput poultry processing operations. Previously known as the IMAX 600P and IMAX 900P injectors.
They are designed for marination of whole birds, bone-in portions and boneless poultry products. The injector head uses a manifold system designed to distribute brine evenly to each needle while maintaining consistent needle-tip pressure and injection rates.

Key technical features
- Five-position adjustable product stripper for whole birds and portions
- Individual pneumatic needle retraction with adjustable air pressure
- Manifold system designed for uniform brine distribution
- Multi-stage brine filtration to support consistent injection performance

All needles can be removed in less than five minutes, supporting cleaning procedures and hygienic operation.
Selecting the appropriate injector
Selecting the appropriate IMAX eco C injector depends on product type, required throughput capacity, bone-in versus boneless processing requirements and line integration considerations. The different injector models allow processors to match machine capacity to production scale and product format.
DFS Process Solutions supports the completer JBT Marel Schröder IMAX eco C injector range. Working together with customers, we evaluate application requirements and recommend the most suitable injector configuration for the processing environment.
